New Call Center Project
call centerWorkforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande is proud to announce a new partnership with ReadyOne Industries to launch this call center project. Dedicated staff will now be available to answer job seeker questions between the hours of 5p.m. and 9p.m, Monday thru Friday as well as 11a.m. to 3p.m. on Saturdays.

“This is important, because many job seekers have other commitments during the day, so they might need help after hours, and now that help is here,” said Lorenzo Reyes Jr., CEO of Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande.
This partnership has developed as a result of a high volume of calls to our centers. Call center employees will be able to assist customers with general questions regarding the workforce system, as well as updating customer information in WorkInTexas.com. They will also be able to re-set passwords and guide job seekers through the database registration process.

“This is the first phase of this project and we will adapt our call center services as we hear the needs of our customers,” said Reyes.

Job-seekers who dial our main number at 915-887-2600, will now reach this new call center during the above mentioned hours.

The Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande’s mission is to provide skilled workers for employers by advancing education, employment and economic development opportunities.
